Terms of Service
The rules for using ParcelOS. They're short on purpose — if something here isn't clear, ask before you sign up.
The service
ParcelOS gives you a personal email address. Shipping confirmations you forward there are read, matched to a carrier, and turned into live tracking you can see on your dashboard. The Free plan covers manual tracking of up to 3 active parcels; Pro ($5.99/mo) adds your forwarding address, unlimited active parcels, and push & email alerts.
Your account
One person per account, and one forwarding address per account. Don't share your address with other people or businesses — it's how we know which parcels are yours. Keep your sign-in details safe; anything forwarded to your address shows up in your dashboard.
Forwarding rules
Forward only shipping confirmations for parcels you ordered or are expecting. Don't use the address as general-purpose mail, a mailing list, a drop-shipping inbox for other people's orders, or a place to send anything unlawful. We may throttle or stop forwarding that looks automated or abusive.
Tracking accuracy
We pass on what carriers tell us, as close to real time as we can get it. Carriers are responsible for their own scans and estimates — a delayed, missing or wrong status is usually theirs, not ours. ParcelOS is a tracking tool, not a shipping carrier, so claims about a parcel have to be made to the carrier or the seller.
Plans, billing and cancellation
Free is $0 and stays free. Pro is billed monthly at $5.99 and you can switch back to Free from your account at any time — you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Prices may change; we'll tell you before a change hits your bill.
Availability
We aim to keep ParcelOS running around the clock, but the service can be paused for maintenance, and features can change or be retired. We'll give reasonable notice for anything that materially affects you.
Your data
You own your parcels and your mail. Deleting a parcel removes it from your dashboard, and closing your account removes your records. How we handle the rest is covered in the Privacy Policy.
Liability
ParcelOS is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost packages, missed deliveries, refund disputes or business losses that come from tracking information — our own liability is capped at what you've paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes and contact
If the terms change in a way that matters, we'll email you before they take effect. Keep asking, write to support@parcelos.io. Last updated October 2026.
